Welcome to The Tower Blooms, a newly established floral design business located in the thriving village of Penwortham in Lancashire.
The ethos of the business is to provide beautiful floral designs which are unique, inspired by the seasons and constructed in a way which is kind to the environment through the use of sustainable floristry practises.
We offer a highly personalised service which is wholly tailored to your needs and provide floral designs for Farewell Flowers, Events and Luxury Floral Gifts, along with hosting a variety of informal Creative Seasonal Workshops.
We listen carefully to your requirements to ensure that each and every design we create is tailored specifically for you and that your experience with us is a positive one, and one to which you would want to return.

Our designs take inspiration from how flowers grow in their own environment and as such provide a more natural product
Claire Hall, following a 30 year career in the corporate industry during the onset of COVID I along with many others made a big decision to make a late career change and follow my heart. As such I threw myself whole heartedly into as much training in the art of floristry and floral design as I could. Most notably being the range of training received at the illustrious Tallulah Rose Flower School in the Lake District.
Whilst I would not refer to myself as a florist just yet I do receive glowing feedback on my designs is I feel I must be doing something right! This has given me the confidence to launch this small business which I am hoping will be a success, but if not I will not lie awake at night thinking if only…and I would have had such fun along the way!
I am also Mum to three gorgeous children and of course the adorable Hooper Hall, see below….plus a very supportive husband which has definitely helped!
Meet Hooper Hall, trusted companion, always there for a stress relieving hug or walk and of course being a labradoodle any treats going..
Grace Hall, an honorary team member as a dancer by profession but also best friend, biggest supporter, reluctant part time model (as you can see from the website!) and hopefully when she is not travelling around the world a source of part time free labour.
Freelancers – we also have a good network of brilliant freelance florists who we can pull into help with bigger events or installations.
